Matt is a down on his luck beat cop in Los Angeles.

He looks like Keanu Reeves if Keanu stopped making action movies

and eat more donuts.:)

Hoping for a promotion, Matt went to a murder scene.

While there he could hear a little girl whispering.

Turns out no one else could but Matt's power led him

to discover a girl who hid in a closet when her family was murdered.

Matt proved his supernatural skill to his supervisor

when he told her what she was thinking while she was questioning him.

As a result Matt got shifted to the FBI where he can assist

in the questioning of criminals by basically reading their mind....。

This power is similar to Mel Gibson's character in What Women Want.

Can you imagine it?

At the final Moment in Ep15：

Jessica gets another package from Linderman: kill Nathan Petrelli

I think someone is going to die and Jessica is going to kill him or her

while she is trying to assassinate Nathan.

I find it weird that DL must know that Niki was released because of

Linderman and he didn't question about the mysterious FedEx package she received.

She doesn't even have a job, who would be sending her package? XD

Unexpected Power

Niki Sanders...a 33-year-old Las Vegas showgirl who can do incredible things with mirrors.

She is my favourite Character in Heroes.(You can also call her Jessica)

It seems that All of her strength is from Jessica.

DL(Her husband) is not a small man, yet she can chuck him across a room

(or pound him with a shovel) like he doesn't weigh anything.lol

Also, she can smack through a Jeep window like it's not there.

Could this be a latent power that only Jessica can bring out?

At Episode 15..

Matt is with Mr Malsky running down the stairs as Mr Malsky stops gasping for breath. Matt asks whets wrong to find that Mr Malsky is asthmatic. He takes a pump as they hear Jessica coming down the stairs. Matt takes Mr Malsky out and tells him to go to the elevator. As Jessica moves down the stairs, Niki starts talking to her.

Niki: You can't do this. You have to STOP!

Jessica: Don't worry Niki; I'm not planning on being a hopeless homemaker forever. Just got to lay low for a while

Niki: You're chasing two men with a gun in broad daylight. You call that laying low? This is my life, my child. You can't do this.

Jessica: I have to. Somebody needs to repay Linderman

Niki: You made a deal to get me out of jail?

Jessica: I couldn't leave it up to you now could I?

Matt then gets on the phone to get backup. At that point Jessica opens fire, and Matt returns the shots as Jessica follows him. Jessica makes her way to the stairs as Matt comes up from behind. He tells her to drop her weapon over the side and handcuffs her to the stairs. Matt then asks where her partner is, Niki. She then realises he heard Niki, so she says that Niki is probably killing Malsky and so Matt goes to find him. He looks for Malsky as he hears a voice 'fourth one over, third one back'. Matt then walks towards the voice to find Malsky there walking but Jessica is behind him and throws him out the window with one hand. Matt is lying unconscious on the sign of the Diamond District just outside the window he was thrown out of, still several feet above the ground as the police make it to the scene of the crime.

Ando is complaining that they are back in Las Vegas where they started. Hiro explains that they must have hope, as they need to get to Linderman, but then Ando says first if he finds a way of getting into Linderman's office, then he will have hope. Ando finds a girl crying in the kitchen area where they are, as he goes to her he asks if she is ok, then asks if there is anything they can do. He introduces himself and Hiro, before learning that her name is HOPE!

No Better Time for 'Heroes'
Network head says season finale will be 'mind-blowing'

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's ... the season's breakout drama! NBC's sci-fi serial "Heroes" was a major topic of discussion during the network's winter press tour in Pasadena, Calif. During the executive session, Kevin Reilly, president of NBC Entertainment, told critics that he'd been privy to where the series was headed and that the season finale would be "mind-blowing." Easy for the head of the network to say, but will the remainder of the episodes continue to deliver? Reilly seems to think so, ordering an additional episode of the series, bringing the total number of first-season hours to 23.

When asked whether this put a damper on the way the season had originally been plotted, the show's executive producer/creator Tim Kring said he'd be given fair warning. "It wasn't hard to expand or contract it. It just sort of fit naturally," he told the press during the "Heroes" panel. The network also announced its plans to air the remainder of the season in "pods," groups of episodes with blocks of reruns in between. Because of the show's demanding production schedule, it simply wasn't possible to air the entire season in one long rerun-free block ala "24."

This new programming strategy is rapidly becoming the new paradigm for serialized shows, which Kring thinks is ultimately a good thing. "It's almost like having a three-act structure of a screenplay," he told critics. "You build to these sorts of act-outs that are these cliffhangers." And in hoping to avoid the pitfalls of shows such as "Lost" that stretch plot mysteries throughout entire seasons, Kring and his writers have built payoffs into each of the story arcs. "We feel like we've made a pact with the audience that something is going to happen every week."

Also on tap for the second half of the season is the addition of "Star Trek" alum George Takei to the cast, who plays the father of Hiro Nakamura, the Japanese office worker with the ability to bend the space-time continuum.

Like Masi Oka, who plays Hiro, Takei will speak Japanese for his role, which will be subtitled. Oka told the panel he thought the decision to include subtitles for these characters was a bold move. "Putting the subtitles close to the characters' faces, like the comic-book bubble, helped [the show's] comic feel."

But the addition of new characters may also signal the departure of others. "People will come and go. That's the nature of this kind of storytelling," Kring told critics. Hayden Panettiere, who plays Claire, the cheerleader with indestructible flesh, joked, "I die all the time. I feel like Kenny in 'South Park.' Like, oh my God. They killed Kenny." Milo Ventimiglia admitted it weighed heavy on his mind during filming. "You just have to keep your head focused on the page and the work of the day and make sure that it's your best work possible, because it may be the last scene you're ever in."

Along with the remainder of "Heroes," NBC will debut a handful of shows this mid-season. Andy Richter takes another shot at network comedy with "Andy Barker, P.I.," which is executive produced by his former employer, Conan O'Brien. Richter plays a by-the-books CPA who unintentionally becomes a private investigator. Jeff Goldblum will star in "Raines" (premiering March 15) as an LAPD detective whose hallucinations aid him in solving crimes (think "Medium" meets "NYPD Blue"). And, "The Black Donnellys," from the creative team behind the Oscar-winning "Crash," is about a group of Irish-American brothers in New York City who get wrapped up in organized crime. No premiere dates have been announced yet for "Barker" or "Donnellys," but look for both series to debut in March.
